מחיקת חשבון

אפשר למחוק את חשבון Wazza שלך בכל רגע - מתוך האפליקציה או מהאתר. המחיקה היא לצמיתות: הנתונים נמחקים מיד, ללא תקופת צינון וללא אפשרות שחזור.

איך מוחקים

1. באפליקציה: הגדרות ← מחיקת חשבון ← להקליד את המילה מחיקה ולאשר.
2. באתר: להתחבר בכתובת app.wazza.co.il ← הגדרות ← פרטיות ונתונים ← מחיקת חשבון.

שתי הדרכים מבצעות בדיוק את אותה מחיקה. מומלץ לייצא את נתוני סביבת העבודה (הגדרות ← פרטיות ונתונים ← ייצוא) לפני המחיקה - אחרי המחיקה אי אפשר.

מה נמחק

• פרטי החשבון: שם, כתובת אימייל, סיסמה והחיבורים לכניסה עם Facebook או Apple.
• כל ההתחברויות הפעילות - בדפדפן ובאפליקציה, בכל המכשירים - ורישומי ההתראות (Push) של המכשירים שלך.
• כל ארגון שאתה הבעלים היחיד שלו, ובתוכו: סביבות העבודה, מספרי ה-WhatsApp המחוברים, השיחות וההודעות, אנשי הקשר, התרחישים, התבניות, הדיוורים, מאגר הידע, מפתחות ה-API והמנוי.
• היסטוריית ההתחברויות והנתונים התפעוליים שנשמרו עבורך.

מה לא נמחק

• ארגון שיש בו בעלים נוסף לא נמחק - מוסר רק המושב (החברות) שלך בו, והנתונים העסקיים נשארים בידי הבעלים הנותרים.
• הודעות WhatsApp שכבר נשלחו ללקוחות נמצאות במכשירים שלהם ובשרתי Meta - הן אינן בשליטתנו ואינן נמחקות על ידינו.
• רשומות חיוב וחשבוניות מוחזקות אצל ספק התשלומים שלנו לפי דרישות החוק והחשבונאות.

Account deletion

You can delete your Wazza account at any time - from the mobile app or from the web. Deletion is permanent: the data is removed immediately, with no cooling-off period and no way to restore it.

How to delete

1. In the app: Settings → Delete account → type מחיקה and confirm.
2. On the web: sign in at app.wazza.co.il → Settings → Privacy & data → Delete account.

Both routes perform exactly the same deletion. Export your workspace data (Settings → Privacy & data → Export) first if you want a copy - you cannot after deletion.

What is deleted

• Account details: name, email address, password and the Facebook / Apple sign-in links.
• Every active session - browser and app, on all devices - and your devices' push-notification registrations.
• Every organization you are the sole owner of, including its workspaces, connected WhatsApp numbers, conversations and messages, contacts, scenarios, templates, broadcasts, knowledge base, API keys and subscription.
• Your sign-in history and the operational records stored for you.

What is not deleted

• An organization that has another owner is not deleted - only your seat in it is removed, and the business data stays with the remaining owners.
• WhatsApp messages already delivered to customers live on their devices and on Meta's servers - those are outside our control and are not deleted by us.
• Billing records and invoices are retained by our payment provider as required by law and accounting rules.
